Tuttle rallied with a last-minute touchdown for a 23-20 win over Elgin in the Class 4A football state championship game on Saturday in Edmond.

Army went up 14-0 by halftime as Andy Davidson scored on a pair of 1-yard runs. However, Navy tacked on 10 points in the third quarter and pulled ahead 17-14 on a 41-yard run by Zach Abey (his second of the game). Army responded with a 9-yard scoring run by quarterback Ahmad Bradshaw with six minutes left and held on for the win.
