I'm not using the Telegram application for PC. I'm using Telegram Web in Chrome. So, when I download a video, where does Telegram Web save files on PC?
Unless you can't afford somebody knowing you use FOSS alternatives or FOSS software as well in any way,,, --- Telegram Web (Mobile/PC): This depends on the programs on your PC or phone if they have the capability to snoop data e.g. notification text from your browser or maybe more? Having a good browser will definitely reduce these problematics.

How can I view Telegram channels on the web? Whenever I click on "Preview channel" it starts to load the channel then goes back to the page I was on with the "Preview channel" link.
Telegram is getting unbearably slow in many areas, what can we do about it? First of all, I'm already a premium user who paid for the promised "faster speed", but they didn't deliver it at all. I'm using Telstra 250Mbps NBN in Australia, and the speed is just unbearable! Right now, Telegram is taking more than a minute to upload a 5MB file.
Is there any way to scroll to the top/start of messages of a Telegram group via the Windows desktop app? And/or a way to change the display order of messages descending vs. ascending?
It's not yet possible, but you can simply download Telegram Desktop (desktop.telegram.org) and get the login code on your active Telegram Web session, and change the phone number from Telegram Desktop (I'll do that before the browser mistakenly wipes all the cookies).
Telegram not downloading media files, any solution to this? Already tried clearing cache, made sure there is enough memory, and updated to the latest version. Still no luck. Also, if you look into the app store most of the sentiment there are people not being able to load media files. Does anyone have a solution for this?
